Proctor's Stead is a small, friendly, family run caravan and camping park situated one mile from the sea and surrounded by areas of outstanding natural beauty. The park itself is a level, sheltered, well-kept green, catering for up to approx. 60 caravans and tents.

Our northernmost site in England, Seaview Caravan Club Site combines the spectacular scenery of Northumberland with visits across the border to Scotland. There are superb views to be seen from this caravan site, which overlooks the river estuary, with the Holy Island being visible from certain pitches. You will also be only a 30-minute walk into Berwick, with its Elizabethan ramparts, shops and diverse places of interest.

We are a family camping and caravan park situated in the beautiful Durham (UK) countrysideEach of our touring pitches features 16 amp hook-up and a choice between hardstanding or grass pitches (subject to availability). For our less able campers, we have a fully contained bathroom, with full facilities for the disabled.
Opening August 2010Even though this site is located just half a mile from the market town of Barnard Castle, Teesdale Barnard Castle Caravan Club site is set in open countryside that is designated an Area of High Landscape Value. From the site, you can enjoy a 10 minte walk along the river to Barnard Castle. Barnard Castle is a delightful town, home to the renowed Bowes Museum and a 12thC castle. It also marks the entrance to Teesdale which offers spectacular scenery following the river up to High Force and a series of other waterfalls to its source beyond the Pennine Way and Cow Green Reservoir.
