The site is adjacent to the River Chet and boats are on the water all the time. Maybe a bit close to water for very small children. Good layout, but at end of week, too many vans too close together as part of site not in use. No groundsheets allowed, making use of bed extension no possible. Site location great. Easy access into Great Yarmouth/Broads. The village centre has a variety of shops/banks/cafes/takeaways. Four pubs serving food. A playpark is 5 mins walk away with a range of play equipment. We let our 11 and 9 year old go alone and were quite safe. The towns of Beccles and Bungay are within easy reach of the site and Norwich is half an hour away.
