The staff in reception and in the bar are very friendly, and the wardens around the site are always ready to help and give advice. A well stocked shop with a few caravan/camping essentials as well as the usual groceries, newspapers, alchol etc. There is a very well stocked caravan/camping shop just 2 minutes walk from the site, should you not have it all with you(like me)! with everything from an awning peg through to outdoor chairs and hitch locks. The shower/toilet blocks were spotless, very spacious and provided loads of hot water, they were warm to walk into and had the radio playing away in the background. The site was well kept with a nice woodland dog walk for your four legged friends! The bar/restaurant is only open at weekends out of season, but it did provide nice food and a good pint at a very reasonable price. Very close to the lovely market town of Wimborne(well worth a vist), also near to Poole, Bournemouth and of course the New Forest. Would recommend on the strength of this visit and look forward to going again in the summer.

Seems to me that like other Haven sites we've been to that tourers and tenters are an inconvenience to the image of Haven - all their tourer areas are pushed out of the way or located in inconvenient positions (Devon Cliffs anyone?). Seaview is a popular site therefore the pitches wear rapidly, and are fairly tightly packed. I prefer Waterside Holiday park across the hedge from Seaview - closer to the each and better quality all round
