Even though the weather was typically British with heavy rain at times, the whole site had something to offer from the club house to a very clean and welcoming swimming pool, all free!!!!. The shower and toilet blocks were the cleanest you could wish for with the water being HOT and not luke warm. Two touring fields, one level(ish) near to bar and pool, the other further up the hill slightly sloping but with superior views. The bar is open most nights during peak times and less frequently at others. Food is also served and looked good value. The pool is not large and could get full at busier times but whilst we were there is was a pleasant experience. Caution is needed on approach from Cheddar to the site, as the road narrows in places and can become quite busy at times.
