This is a small site with only 24 hardstanding pitches most slightly sloping, but all having good views of the Cumbrian countryside. It is quite exposed and storm guys are strongly recommended for awnings. The toilet rooms are very clean, but there is only one toilet for men and two for ladies so a wait may be expected at busy times. Two individual showers rooms are for use by both sexes and again one sometimes has to wait.
