Description
Wellington Country Park was established in 1974 by the Eighth Duke and Duchess of Wellington, who wished to provide a destination where the growing population of the Thames Valley could enjoy outdoor pursuits, discover natural history and develop an interest in the countryside.
With 350 acres of beautiful Hampshire countryside to explore, lakes, parkland, open spaces, mature deciduous and coniferous woods linked by nature trails, picnic sites and superb play areas and equipment, Wellington Country Park does indeed offer a destination for the population of the Thames Valley to enjoy
Our campsite offers the beauty and tranquillity of a woodland, with open parkland, lakes and nature trails to explore.
Included in your stay, is FREE entry to the Country Park where the kid's can let off steam. Climb on, in and through an assortment of play equipment, an adventure play area, slides, dig in sand pits, play crazy golf and ride our miniature railway, theres plenty to keep them busy.
