The Caravan Park is situated at Lovat Meadow, just off the London Road, Newport Pagnell, and is just 1.5 miles from junction 14 of the M1. The peaceful, attractive and well maintained site is open from Good Friday - 31st October every year and has a resident warden.

The level to gently sloping site, which has 40 grass pitches with 16amp electric hook-ups, is bordered by woodland, open parkland, mature trees and the River Ouzel, where free fishing is available in season. There is a pleasant riverside walk extending into open parkland and ultimately into the town, which is ideal for dog walking.

Although the site has no shower or toilet facilities, showers may be taken at the Middleton Swimming Pool adjacent to the site, at specified times, with complimentary family swimming passes also available to caravan park customers who choose the inclusive option. 

There is a 24 hour BP Service Station/Shop/Cashpoint a three minute walk away, with the town of Newport Pagnell within easy walking distance
