Description

A smashing campsite, set within trees and within walking distance of the river. There are no facilities but the views and walks are lovely and the campsite is very well maintained. Open from 1st April till 30th September there are 20 level pitches for caravans and motorhomes, electric hook up and surrounded by farmland

From the site you can take a walk out of the campsite and over to the river Chelmer and from there stroll along to Papermill lock, 20 mins.

A lovely clean and tidy site with very friendly owners. Lots of walks along the river and through the woods and fields.Very dog friendly. Close to Chelmsford for shopping and also Maldon which is great for children. Local pubs and fish and chip shops. Close to a rural road but still peaceful.
