Description
The Railway Station at New Radnor in Powys, Mid Wales, first became a caravan park in 1966 following the closure of the New Radnor Branch Line in 1951. It has been in my family ever since that time and from 1975 onwards it was run by my parents, Mr & Mrs Niblett, who made many good friends of the people who loved to stay on the Park and came back year after year.
The caravan & camping park is open for touring caravans, motorhomes & tents. We also have two static holiday caravans to let and we sometimes have pitches available if you would like to buy your own static holiday caravan in Mid-Wales.
This is a small family run caravan park offering a range of facilities including touring pitches and static holiday caravans to rent and purchase. The caravan park is set on the site of the old railway station and we plan to restore two of the original railway buildings as self-catering holiday accommodation. These will include a number of original features which will be of great interest to railway enthusiasts.
Our facilities also include a new toilet block with showers, all disabled friendly. Other amenities including the local shop and Radnor Arms pub can be found in the village of New Radnor just a short walk away
Please Note:
Although every care is taken to ensure accuracy, please check details with the campsite prior to booking.
Please mention Touring and Tenting if you book or visit the campsite
